$1,500 (minimum) - 8 months active use, 4 months storage of trailer, water and sewer included. (We reserve the right to shut off the water supply during the winter months). We are closed from December 1 until April 1. There are 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 year leases available. The length of the leases vary with the location of the sites, with lake front being 5-year leases. See the map of the park for more information. Lease rates for 8 months active use, 4 months of storage of camper. 1 year site - $1500 2 year site - $1,550 3 year site - $1,600 4 year site - $1,675 5 year site - $1,750 Maintenance - $120/year Bark and gravel are provided as necessary, within reasonable limits. Each site is provided with a wooden picnic table, water, and sewer. ALL RATES ARE PAYABLE IN ADVANCE, except for the $120 maintenance fee due at the end of year on leased sites. |
